The Gladiator Series 12" Spanish Style Meat and Ham Slicer is carefully designed to deliver paper-thin slices of meats, from cured hams ( prosciutto, serrano, jamon, coppa, pancetta, chorizo, nduja, speck, paio, lonzino, guanciale and others) tobriskets, roasts, salmon, turkey and more. This razor-sharp knife offers the perfect amount of flex to handle curves and ridges while remaining strong enough to provide the firmness needed for ultra-thin slices. The blade is narrow in both width and height to ensure manoeuvrability and minimal surface resistance while sailing through flesh.
Featuring beautiful, ergonomic and ambidextrous black G10 Garolite handles (laminated for extra strength, sanitation and water/stain resistance) the Gladiator Series is carefully designed for maximum comfort and manoeuvrability. The knives further feature a perfectly engineered balance with a satisfying heft and presence. The hand polished bolster adds counterweight and offers finger protection, while the triple rivets (with signature proformapeakmarketing center rivet) in the handle ensures the highest level of strength and robustness.
